LHE Treatment Procedure

The length of a full LHE Hair Removal treatment will depend on the individual and the area of the body being treated.

The visit schedule is based on the natural growth cycle of the hair:
• Body areas such as bikini, legs or underarms: 6 - 8 visits
• Facial areas: 8 - 10 visits
• Chest or back: 8 - 10 visits

An average visit takes approximately 10 - 25 minutes, depending on the area of the body being treated. For optimal results it is essential that the hair being treated be in the active (Anagen) growth phase.

Age Spots, Sun Damage and Spider Veins
To reverse sun damage and remove lesions like age spots and spider veins, LHE emits a fixed 10 msec flash of broad-spectrum Light. Absorbed by the higher concentration of melanin present in the targeted lesions, the Light is transformed into Heat that begins to raise the temperature inside the lesion.  LHE's patented internal filters then safely extend the exposure time, allowing additional Heat to flow to the surrounding tissue.  This additional Heat further raises the temperature inside the lesion efficiently bringing it to coagulation.
